Credentials: MBA from INSEAD, 20+ years in luxury hospitality management with groups like Amanresorts and Four Seasons across Southeast Asia.
Bio: Budi is the visionary behind the Juara Holding Group. After a distinguished career managing some of the world’s most iconic luxury properties, he returned to his native Indonesia with a mission to create a portfolio of best-in-class, niche tourism ventures. Budi saw Lombok’s potential for an ultra-luxury market and founded Lombok Diving Course PADI to fill the void for a truly bespoke diving concierge. Credentials: PADI Course Director (#CD-123456), DAN Instructor Trainer, PhD in Marine Biology from Universitas Indonesia, Certified PADI AWARE Shark Conservation Instructor.
Bio: Dr. Anya is the heart and soul of our diving operations. As one of Indonesia’s most respected PADI Course Directors, she brings an unparalleled level of expertise and a deep commitment to safety and marine science. Her doctoral research focused on the coral reef resilience in the Lesser Sunda Islands, giving her an intimate understanding of Lombok’s unique underwater ecosystem. Anya personally oversees all training standards, instructor development, and our sustainability initiatives, ensuring our programs are not only safe and educational but also contribute positively to ocean health.

Director of Guest Experience & Concierge Services
Credentials: Certified Travel Associate (CTA), 15 years experience with high-end tour operators including Abercrombie & Kent and a leading Bali-based luxury villa management company.
Bio: Sofia is the architect of our seamless guest journeys. She understands that a luxury experience extends far beyond the dive boat. From arranging VIP airport transfers and coordinating with private chefs to securing exclusive bookings at Lombok’s top restaurants, Sofia and her team manage every detail with precision and grace. Her extensive network and deep knowledge of Lombok’s luxury landscape ensure that every aspect of our clients’ stay is flawlessly executed, allowing them to focus solely on their adventure.

PADI Master Instructor & Underwater Photography Specialist
Credentials: PADI Master Instructor (#MI-789012), PADI Digital Underwater Photography Instructor Trainer, 15+ years guiding and teaching in the Coral Triangle from Raja Ampat to Komodo.
Bio: Gede is a true artist of the underwater world. Widely regarded as one of the best dive guides in Indonesia, his ability to spot rare macro life is legendary. He has an infectious passion for diving and a calm, patient teaching style that puts even the most anxious new divers at ease. Gede specializes in our private PADI Open Water Diver courses and leads our specialized underwater photography workshops, helping guests capture the beauty of Lombok’s reefs with professional guidance.

Logistics & Fleet Manager
Credentials: Ahli Nautika Tingkat III (ANT III) Certification, Certified Scubapro & Aqualung Equipment Technician, former logistics officer for a leading Indonesian maritime services company.
Bio: Safety and reliability are the foundations of our operation, and Dwi is their guarantor. He manages our fleet of custom-built dive vessels and our extensive inventory of top-of-the-line Scubapro equipment. Dwi enforces a rigorous maintenance schedule that exceeds industry standards, ensuring every regulator, BCD, and engine is in perfect working order. His meticulous attention to detail, as outlined in our Safety & Compliance protocols, provides the peace of mind that is essential for a true luxury experience.
