Six Things You Can Shape
The PADI standards do not move. Almost everything around them does.
Private or group
One-to-one with your instructor, or a closed group of your own people rather than strangers.
Dive sites
Within the limits of your certification and the conditions, you can ask for specific sites — the wreck, the wall, the turtles.
Accommodation
We coordinate with your resort or hotel so the dive schedule fits the rest of your stay.
Underwater photos
A photographer on your certification dives, or the Underwater Photography specialty alongside the course.
Access and diet
Adaptive techniques for divers with additional needs, and dietary requirements handled on the boat.
What cannot change: the PADI performance requirements, the instructor ratios, and the medical clearance. Everything in that list is a safety standard, not a preference.

The Standards Stay Fixed
PADI performance requirements
Every skill is demonstrated to mastery. A compressed schedule shortens the gaps, never the requirements.
Instructor ratios
A maximum of four students per instructor on Open Water, against the PADI standard of eight. This is not negotiable upward.
Medical clearance
The PADI Medical Statement applies to everyone. A yes to any listed condition means a physician signs off before you enter the water.
Extra time is free
If a skill needs another session, you get it at no additional charge — on any schedule, compressed or not.
Tell us early about mobility, hearing, vision or other needs, and about dietary requirements. Most are straightforward to accommodate with notice; almost none are at short notice.

Customising is easier once there is something to customise. If you have never dived, that is Open Water — three days, certified to 18 metres. If you already hold it, Advanced adds five adventure dives and takes you to 30. Tell us which, and then we will shape everything around it.

No. Start dates, pace and dive-site preferences are arranged at no additional cost on any course. What costs extra is changing the group — private one-to-one instruction costs more than the small-group course, so ask us for the current price.
Two to three days for Open Water, with the eLearning completed before you arrive and two dives a day. That is a genuine compression of the gaps between sessions, not of the performance requirements.
Within the limits of your certification level and the day's conditions, yes. Some sites suit particular skills better than others, so your instructor will tell you where a request will and will not work.
